Since its inception in the year 1990, Shri Ram Murti Smarak Trust has been incessantly contributing to elevate the status of higher education in the field of Technology, Hospitality, Humanities, Medical Sciences and Management in Bareilly, Lucknow and Unnao. The objective of trust is to uplift the masses irrespective of color, caste and creed by promoting Social Values and Social Services. The trust cannot remain confined within the small periphery, the horizon of learning and imparting social services has to be broadened extensively to suffice the nation’s need to stand healthy and wise. The trust has ear markedly looked into this and realized an existing gap where patient lose their hope of survival after a critical illness or trauma. The urge to relive and develop a positive attitude towards life amongst such patients needs addressal. SRMS Trust has taken requisite steps and trying to bring within its fold the best possible solutions ensuring second life to trauma or distressed patients by establishing SRMS Step2Life - Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Centre at Lucknow. The centre is the most innovative centre of its own kind in North India ensuring a quality life without physical and emotional impairments with the following offerings:

• Day care procedures for health and fitness.
• World class therapies for chronic patients for their speedy recovery.
• Facilities for differently abled to revive their confidence to live a normal life and restoring their energies forever.

As we have set our vision towards achieving excellence in the field of education, it is very heartening to find that SRMS Trust has touched pinnacle into medical field providing great solace and relief to the mankind.
